Please note that we may have to remove you from our client list after two cancellations that do not meet our policy.
Sick Pets
At Valle Vet Tech, we provide mobile veterinary technician services for routine care and wellness support. However, we do not provide services for pets that are extremely ill, unstable, or in critical condition.
If your pet is showing signs of serious illness—such as difficulty breathing, severe lethargy, uncontrolled bleeding, seizures, or other urgent medical issues—we strongly recommend seeking immediate care from a licensed veterinarian or emergency veterinary hospital.
Our goal is to support the health and well-being of your pets safely, while ensuring that any medical emergencies are handled in an appropriate clinical setting.
Handling
For the safety of both pets and owners, all handling of animals during appointments must be performed by Valle Vet Tech staff. Our team is trained in safe, low-stress handling techniques to ensure a positive experience for every pet.
Owners who interfere with or prevent our staff from handling their pet assume full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur to themselves, their pet, or others during the appointment.

Our fearful and aggressive pets need love and care too! We are trained to work with fearful and difficult animals but please note: for the safety of your pet, our staff, and everyone in your home, some pets may require additional restraint or the use of a muzzle during visits. This may be necessary for pets that display aggression, fear, or unpredictable behavior.
